This is another shot of Lena, waiting for barrels of Whiskey to be picked up. She is looking down at her watch in irritation.
I wanted to add a little perspective by having the camera angle slightly high, and looking down on Lena. Her body is also at a bit of an angle since she's leaning on her right leg. I used a digital pose editor for aid since I couldn't visualize it in my head.
I've had problems adding color with illustrations before, so I decided to add a greyscale painting first. But I liked the color scheme and decided to keep it.
The headlights are also underlighting the entire scene, so it was difficult mapping out the shadows. The contrast is so harsh that some areas were blown out, while others are in shadow. At times, my eye was only drawn to her leg, or the headlights. I had a difficult time balancing the light and shadow, and creating a rectangular focal point, that would allow a viewers eyes to move around the image.
Facial Close Up
I changed the facial shadows, and added a little light to the right side of her face.

I decided to remove the headlights since they were more detrimental than beneficial.
